Collet is handling by Hydraulic System. So that the working piece is fixed strongly, when you are working.
Rotation Axis is Servo Motorized and controlled from the screen. We use the same servo motors with CNC models on rotation axis, so the tolerances of the rotation is very low in this case.
Feeder Axis is manual and operated by hand. But there is some stoppers on carrier slider and so when you adjusted the stoopers according to your bending necessaries, you can work easily and fastly than standard NC models.
There is a screen on the carrier and it shows the feeding length in “mm” to check from the stoppers and the rotation degree of the working piece to check from the program screen, while working.
So that you can control the rotation axis and bending axis on the screen.
This model is suitable to use in furniture sector, manufacturing metal accessories, lighting sector and who needs to produce serial and similar products.
