• ILSM 1300×35 is suitable for straigtening sheets of the quality and thickness corresponding to the sheet width according to the sheet straightening diagram.
• ILSM 1300×35 is used for disposal deformations after laser cutting or punch operations.
• Static and dynamic rigidity is provided on steel construction body. Stress relieving process has been applied to steel body materials.
• ILSM 1300×35 can straightening the max. 1250mm width of metal sheets.
• Straightening gap adjustment can be adjusted with servo motor and servo reducer from 4 different points separetaly and electomechanically.
• Thanks to SIEMENS Servo Motors and EU origin electric components, you can make precise adjustments on operations.
• ILSM 1300×35 is equipped with 17 leveling rollers which is produced from 4140 materials with hardened induction and grounded.
• Thanks to Italian Origin MARIO FERRI precision shafts and UNIMEC gear systems, ILSM 1300×35 can provided no hollow space movement.
• 95 pcs. special Support rolls has been blocked streching on leveling rollers for excellent results.
• Precision sheet thickness and corrections can be input through operator panel.
